Shipping Guidelines
Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within one week of receipt of check. If order is out of stock you will be notified by the following business day. Confirmation of shipment will be emailed for all orders. If there is any delay, an email will be sent indicating the expected date of shipment. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Return and Exchange Policy
We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your receipt of order. The only exception is if we have made a change to the product at your request. Store credit will be issued for returned items. Returned items must have USPS tracking numbers and the items must be insured for their full value. Please note that the freight charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
